Service Description
DNA testing can be done at the sanctuary (Greenbank) or I can come to you at the bird's easiest location. DNA results come back in less than 2 weeks unless there is public holidays which can cause a delay.
Cancellation Policy
When booking online or making bookings directly, if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please provide us with a minimum of 24hr notice to allow us time to fill the schedule to a pooch who may be in need. Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24hrs of your appointment will incur a 50% missed appointment fee. This allows us time to fill your spot. Thank you.
